It will take some time to upload it (If u have slow upload), but not for the receiver (sugarFREE in this case). Take Gmail for example. When you send something to another gmail account, the file gets uploaded to gmail's server. So, how fast you can download depends on how fast Google's servers is, and their upload. Correct me if I'm wrong :)
