WIN_ERROR??????

when im loading up Call of Duty on my pc and i press play a screen like a minute later says WIN_ERROR, if you know what im talking about please help me out this is the only game i can play on my pc basically cuz its a dell (LMFAO). P4 at 1.8ghz, 256 single channel ram, 60 gig, and an intergrated graphics card (that could be the problem). PLEASE HELP ME

P.S what do u think is better HP or Dell or AlienWare
