Elevator help

Hi, Im new to elevators and I have been able to do all of the ones on strike with horrible time though. I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to help me to do elevators faster and more effectively. Thanks. I would be nice if I could talk to someone in vent or ts3 or something. And if they could show me on a server.

Try watching the tutorials on the Codjumper youtube channel, they go into it in more depth.
