Iv'e found that people use this to their own fun, people go on the server with a mission to get other players kicked,
iv'e seen people laying on oher peoples nades when they try to do nade jumps in order to get the other character kicked(I know i do this occasionally to people
)Other people shoot other players in the foor in order for that player to retaliate!
I think perhaps admin should begin to go into the servers undercover in order to catch the people who do it
