Respawn Mod hell or heaven

Call me a nag if you wich, but i think that the Respawn Mod is the worst mod ever greated.
It's ok if you'r on a private server, or with only a few people.

But on a crowded server its a true nightmare, worse than the popups in a webbrouser.

people just pupup infront of you, and you get puched of the place you jumpt to.

maybe it's to much to ask, but i for one would be verry happy if the mod
is going to be removed and never came back.

Yes and No.

The mod does a lot of things that are good and bad, it justs needs some tweaking.

For example..

Before it spawns you back to the original place, it checks that the place is free of people.

and another bad thing, it creates 'levels'. For example when you fall in water, you are for some reason walking on the bottom of the water, but the camera is stuck on the top? And moving objects (lifts) get stuck when you hit the different levels.

But, for new jumpers it is a good feature...

i would like to add a litle note to the whole issue.

by installing this mod, you attract all the bigest mother f*****s around,
who cant hardly jump, and make from every jump a nade jump.

if they after 10 tries still cant get the job done,
they go bashing and killing other jumpers.

further more, do i think, (but thats personal)
that it takes the fun and the trill out of jumpng.

surely you can say, dont use it,
but you know when its there you'll gonna use it, even if its only once.

if you fall in water the camera gets fucked up? I doubt IW and Grey would make such a stupid mistake

Its a very strange thing, and I have never seen it before so, I guess its the save mod.

hmm, in uo i thought the camera got stuck on top anyway. but on normal cod it didnt. even b4 the save mod the camera was "stuck" on top of water for me

Hmm, as most people are saying, I believe it does have positive and negative aspects. In my opinion however, it is overall beneficial as it saves a lot of time on a server if cheats aren't enabled and you want to practice a specific jump (or if cheats are enabled, but you can't be bothered to use them).

The only negative aspect of it that I have seen myself is the obvious case of people being pushed off platforms because others are spawning in the same spot. I would say that that is just a problem with the people rather than the mod - people should be able to agree to allow each other to get past the jump; all it requires is a little co-operation!

About the people who can't do the jumps and then go kill each other, that's just a problem generally with people rather than with the mod. If someone is going to kill others when they can't do a job then they're going to kill people, it's that simple.

Erm, jumping in the water in italy kills you automatically?

Hmm, water was ok in CoD, can't imagine them screwing it up
